About Me

Why I'm here

I am an organizational psychologist with experience working across industries in people operations management, applied human factors research, and organizational development. Working across sectors gives me a practical lens on how real people and real organizations actually change – and what gets in the way.

 

I use evidence-based tools to help clients lead under pressure, communicate more effectively, and build sustainable habits that support performance and well-being. 

 

I believe our greatest impact is found at the intersection of effective self-management, a learner’s mindset, and an enduring willingness to simply put in the time. For me, that intersection is coaching. ​​

A few things that might not show up on LinkedIn... I’ve spoken or studied six languages – and I still believe that asking a good question is the most powerful communication tool there is. I once drove a 30-foot box truck for 18 hours straight. I wouldn’t recommend it, but I can do it. I started out in art school and spent several summers photographing wineries across Spain and France. (Tough gig, I know.) I’m a proud and fascinated fan of my son and my stepdaughter – they’re the best teachers I’ve ever had. My top 5 CliftonStrengths? Individualization, Learner, Relator, Responsibility, and Restorative. Basically, I’m wired to understand what makes people tick, stay curious, and stay in the weeds with them through the real (sometimes messy) work of growth until something meaningful shifts.

1-Day Coaching Intensive

A customized high-impact 1:1 session

Designed to help you achieve clearer decision-making, more confidence in high-stakes conversations, and better alignment between your work and the broader aspirations for your life. This six-hour session includes a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks, offering a total of 4.5 hours of deep, personalized coaching.

1:1 Coaching

6-month engagement

I offer an intensive, structured approach for high-achievers to make lasting changes in their lives in and outside of work. Through the coaching relationship, clients focus on what matters most, set real limits that prevent burnout, and build the mindset and strategies that reach ambitious goals.

 

Typically looks like weekly, one-on-one sessions lasting 50 minutes. The sessions can focus on opportunities to build influence, navigate change with confidence, and finally tackle the goals you keep putting off.

Unlimited 1:1 Coaching

Ongoing support

Schedule sessions as often as you want throughout the year. Ideal for busy professionals who want high-touch support as they lead through complexity and change. 

  • Flexible coaching sessions available as needed.

  • Emergency sessions: Immediate access for urgent leadership challenges or personal development concerns.

Verbal 360 Assessment

Learn about the impact you have on others

A great way to begin a coaching relationship with real-time data.

Initial assessment: Coach will interview up to 15 people that work with you – up, down, and across (or even outside) your organization. Interviews are confidential.

 

This process reveals what’s already working – and where small, strategic shifts can strengthen your leadership, your team, and your impact. Includes 2-hour debrief coaching session.
